What is Lumavo Studio?
Lumavo Studio is the business management side of Lumavo — it includes a branded booking storefront, calendar and scheduling, Stripe-powered invoicing, a CRM for agents and clients, Dropbox and Google Drive automation, and branded media delivery portals. It's built specifically for real estate photographers.
How does the online booking system work?
You get a branded booking page at your own link. Agents and clients select a service, pick a date from your available calendar, fill in the property details, and pay — all without any back-and-forth. You get a confirmation email, they get a confirmation email, and the shoot appears on your calendar automatically.
Does Lumavo replace Aryeo?
Yes — Lumavo Studio covers everything Aryeo does: booking, scheduling, delivery portals, MLS downloads, and client management. It also includes Lumavo AI (HDR, virtual staging, twilight, object removal) in the same login, which Aryeo doesn't offer. Most photographers switching from Aryeo cut their subscription costs significantly.
How does Lumavo handle invoicing and payments?
Lumavo connects to your Stripe account and handles payments directly. You can require full payment at booking, a deposit, or invoice after the shoot. Stripe payouts go directly to your bank. Lumavo charges no transaction fees beyond Stripe's standard 2.9% + 30¢.
Is Lumavo Studio free?
Yes — the full Studio platform (booking, delivery portals, invoicing, CRM, calendar) is free on the base plan. AI editing tools are included on Signature and Luminary paid plans.
How does Dropbox automation work?
When a shoot is created in Lumavo, a dedicated Dropbox subfolder is automatically created with the property address and shoot date. You drop your edited files in, and Lumavo picks them up and makes them available in the client delivery portal. No manual file management.
