Both platforms charge no monthly fee, and both cover booking, delivery and invoicing. Tourbuzz prices that layer per transaction and hosts your work for twelve months. Lumavo puts it in the listing price, edits your photographs in the browser rather than sending them away, and never charges you rent on work you have already delivered.
Where the two platforms diverge
Every Tourbuzz 3D tour comes with 12 months of hosting, which is genuinely generous and also genuinely finite. After that their published extended-hosting subscription prices by how many tours you keep live: $70 a year at 11–50, $300 at 101–500, $600 at 501–1,000. A photographer three years in is paying rent on work already delivered and long since invoiced. Lumavo does not meter storage at all while your account is active — a photographer hosting nine hundred listings with us pays nothing for them.
No monthly fee is a real advantage and Tourbuzz earns it. The trade is that the business layer is priced per event — $2.50 to deliver an order, $0.15 for an online booking, 0.5% of each invoice, $1.00 to optimise a route. None of them is large; on a $400 shoot they come to about $4.65 before a single photo is edited, and the invoice fee scales with your own prices. Lumavo puts booking, delivery and invoicing in the listing price and takes no percentage of what your client pays you.
Tourbuzz sells editing as a set — $17 for up to 50 photos, $0.35 each after — covering HDR, colour, sky, tripod and glare. It is fairly priced for a full shoot, and for a 50-photo set it costs less than we do. What it cannot do is put the correction in front of you: you send the set, you wait, you get it back. Lumavo edits in the browser on the photograph you are looking at, charges for the photos you actually touch, and regenerating a result costs nothing.
If 3D tours are what you sell, buy Tourbuzz. Their flagship is a $20 tour with a dollhouse, mini-map and measuring tool, a 2D floor plan generated from it, and the property website and twelve months of hosting thrown in — and their capture app drives supported 360 cameras directly, which matters on a day full of tours. Lumavo has no 3D tour, no floor plan and no capture app. Plenty of photographers run both, and that is a perfectly sensible answer.

Tourbuzz includes 12 months on every 3D tour, then charges an extended-hosting subscription by active tour count — $70/yr at 11–50 tours, $300/yr at 101–500, $600/yr at 501–1,000. Lumavo does not meter storage at any volume

Common questions
It depends on what you sell. Tourbuzz is built around 3D tours — their flagship is a $20 3D tour with a 2D floor plan auto-generated from it, and the property website and hosting come free with that purchase. If 3D tours are the centre of your business, Tourbuzz does something Lumavo does not do at all. If you shoot stills and the tour is occasional or absent, most of what you pay Tourbuzz for is the business layer, and that is where the two platforms actually compete.
Tourbuzz sells editing as a service: $17 per set of up to 50 photos, then $0.35 each, covering HDR merging, colour correction, sky replacement, tripod removal and glare reduction. Lumavo edits in your browser and charges per photo you actually edit — so a 12-photo edit costs less with us and a full 50-photo set costs less with them. The real difference is not the rate, it is that ours happens while you are looking at the photograph, with unlimited regeneration, plus twilight and virtual staging that their editing line does not list.
Tourbuzz includes 12 months of hosting with every 3D tour, and publishes an extended-hosting subscription for after that, priced by how many tours you keep active — $70/year at 11–50 active tours, $300/year at 101–500, $600/year at 501–1,000. Lumavo does not charge for storage at all while your account is active, at any volume. That is the clearest structural difference between the two platforms, and it grows every year you stay in business.
Per their pricing page, yes — the platform has no monthly fee and charges per transaction instead: $2.50 per media delivery order, $0.15 per order generated online, 0.5% of each invoice, and $1.00 per route calculation. On a $400 job that is roughly $4.65 of platform fees before any editing or hosting. Lumavo includes booking, scheduling, delivery and invoicing in the listing price, with no percentage taken from what your client pays you.
Three things, and they are real. 3D tours with a dollhouse, mini-map and measuring tool. Floor plans auto-generated from that tour. And a capture app that drives supported 360 cameras directly, which photographers shooting tours all day describe as a genuine time saver. Lumavo has none of those. They also run broker websites synced to the MLS. If those are what you sell, Tourbuzz is the better fit and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
